Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will also be displayed at checkout.

 

General Information

  • Currently, Luxe Addiction Boutique only ships within the United States.
  • Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information.
  • We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, stolen packages, or packages that were sent to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors to ensure they did not receive it by mistake. If not found within 2 business days, then please feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
  • If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
