Return Policy

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date to be eligible for refund.

• Refunds will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card. 

How To Return

• Quick and easy returns through our Returns Portal!  

• If your return is accepted, you will receive an email with instructions and proof of receiving your return.

• Return processing time upon receipt of your package is 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn and unwashed.

• Items must 1) have tags attached, 2) remain in original packaging, & 3) include original packing slip or confirmation of purchase email.

• All returns must be made at the customer’s expense. You must obtain your proof of postage until you have received your refund, in case your order is lost on its way back to Luxe Addiction Boutique.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, body odor, smoke, and smell of fragrance. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.

Exchanges

• Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive item of your choice.
